The path that brought me here

Max running on a desert trail

Born in the heart of the Alps, where I lived a good part of my life, I've spent more time on the trails than anywhere else. The mountains taught me to move, to adapt and to explore. I'm a runner at heart, and I love pushing my limits in breathtaking landscapes.

My academic path led me to the University of British Columbia in Canada, where I dived into the world of kinesiology. My passion for understanding the complex mechanisms of human movement and physiology found its ideal home in this field. By specializing in the treatment of sports injuries of the foot and lower body, as well as running mechanics and an advanced understanding of the impact of running shoes, I'm committed to unravelling the complexities of the human body in motion.

From the quiet trails of the Alps to the intricate mechanics of the human body, I find my passion in constant exploration. My goal is to bridge the gap between my love of outdoor adventure and my studies — carving a path that not only fuels my spirit but also contributes positively to the athletic community.

Join me on this exciting journey, where every step counts!
